Some members of Rennlist asked for pictures of the deviating stitching and carbon fiber interior with the two-tone leather. Here you go! These were taken quickly with my iPhone. I’m looking forward to a proper photo shoot with camera and better light.
Drove car off the factory lot. Stopped at hotel. Accidentally left camera running and captured part of phone call with mom. Instant classic at 2:55. Then first drive on Autobahn.

About an hour into today’s drive I started to get the hang of getting passed by motor cycles. Then two bikes were behind me — and the Police pulled me over! Officer Friendly was very nice — no ticket, no fine. Just a few reminders about road safety and a few tips for driving in Germany. His parting words were, “Enjoy the Black Forest!”
It had six miles on it. Perfect.
